Premium in home dining for Denver, Aspen, and Snowmass

Holiday rates apply from December 5 through January 2 and reflect increased travel, seasonal availability, and the elevated level of service required during peak season

Daily Private Chef Rates

Includes menu planning, grocery sourcing, in home cooking, service, and light cleanup for up to six hours

MULTI COURSE PLATED DINNERS
A private restaurant level tasting menu prepared and served in your home. Six to eight courses. Seasonal refined and elegantly executed.

LUXE HOLIDAY DINNER
A refined family style celebration featuring organic produce winter vegetables slow braises artisan breads and premium seasonal dishes.

175 to 250 per person

APRÈS SKI FEAST
Cozy winter comfort with alpine influence. Ideal for groups returning from the slopes.

CHARCUTERIE AND GRAZING TABLES
Seasonal fruits vegetables artisan cheeses premium meats and house made accompaniments styled with winter botanicals.

INGREDIENTS AND SOURCING
Ingredients are billed separately at market cost with a twenty five to thirty percent sourcing and handling fee. This covers shopping time specialty store travel ingredient preparation and the curation of an organic menu with locally sourced ingredients when available.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS AND EMERGENCY SUPPORT
Need a last minute chef? No problem. Holiday schedules shift often and we are able to accommodate select short notice requests when availability allows.

Bookings inside seventy two hours
Add forty percent to labor fees

Bookings inside 48 hours
Add sixty percent to labor fees

WHEN A SECOND CHEF IS REQUIRED
A second chef is automatically included for
• More than six guests
• Plated dinners with more than four courses
• Events requiring both adult and children menus
• Kitchens with complex limitations
• Menus requiring elevated timing or tableside service
• New Year’s Eve bookings
